You will hear from a number of speakers about how to be a stronger leader of your team, how and when to lead versus manage, leading through conflicting project priorities, the importance of leadership in creating a good team culture, and managing difficult situations. Our goal is to always give you several ideas to take directly back to your current project for immediate implementation. In addition, we will celebrate the winners of our 2019 NWCCC Distinguished Project Awards throughout the day and hear how each project achieved this high level of success, and hold an Owners’ Forum within the lobby to facilitate networking of our contractors and suppliers with our owner members.
