Project Management Essentials From Pros

Join us at the Lynnwood Events Center on Tuesday, June 17th, from 7am-1pm for our program, “Project Management Essentials From Pros”.  We are excited to bring highly experienced professionals from our membership to share how they do aspects of project management with the goal of sharing best practices and providing nuggets of advice to newer project and construction managers.  Our speakers will cover the entire lifecycle of a project, starting with project initiation and concept development, and continuing through planning and design coordination, procurement strategy and contracting, construction management fundamentals, cost control and schedule management, and ending with how to embed the lessons learned from your project.

Join us for this outstanding program to help you put more tools in your project toolkit and help you think outside the box on your traditional processes. Our program is no charge to 2025 NWCCC members, and only $349 for non-members.  Breakfast and lunch are included to help you spend quality time with your fellow construction peers.
