New Entrants into Our Workforce

Join us at the Lynnwood Convention Center on Thursday, September 15th from 7:30am-12:00pm for our program, “New Entrants into Our Workforce”.  In addition to networking time with your fellow construction professionals, we will be joined by several speakers discussing how their organizations are attracting talent into the construction business, how we can best use their talents to ensure their early success, and how we retain them to become the next generation that our industry needs for future success.

Doors will open at 7:30am with a light breakfast and networking with your peers, the program will start at 8:30am, and we will conclude with lunch at 12:00pm.  Our program is no charge to 2022 NWCCC members, and only $299 for non-members.
