Building Up Mental Health in Construction

Join us online using Zoom on Wednesday, February 2nd from 10:00am-12:00pm for our webinar program, “Building Up Mental Health in Construction”.  We will be joined by Mandi Kime, Director of Safety for AGC of Washington, and Amy Paulson, trainer with the Forefront Suicide Prevention at the University of Washington.  Mandi will provide an overview of the mental health challenges for workers in our industry and how we can help, and Amy will provide a full training on the Forefront Suicide Prevention LEARN® program that empowers individuals to help others move in the direction of hope, recovery, and survival.

Join us for this very important program to kick off our 2022 lineup.  Did you know that far more of our industry’s workers die of suicide than from on-the-job accidents?  Our industry suffers greatly from mental health issues, and it is of utmost importance to know the early signs of someone dealing with these challenges and how to effectively intervene to save their life.  Not only is this program applicable to our work life, it’s applicable to life outside of work as well.

Our webinar is no charge to 2022 NWCCC members, and only $299 for non-members.  Details to sign-in to the event on Zoom will be sent via email ahead of the program.

We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.
