Behind the Scenes with L&I

Join us at the Lynnwood Events Center on Thursday, September 18th, from 7am-1pm for our annual safety-themed program, “Behind the Scenes with L&I”.  We are excited to have a number of key people from Washington State’s Department of Labor & Industries join us for a morning of information sharing, collaboration, and relationship development.  Our speakers from L&I will cover topics such as how to prepare for and what to expect in the event of a job site inspection, what new regulations and rules might be coming to the construction industry in the next five years, what are the common causes of job-site fatalities in the state and what can we learn from them, and how is the apprenticeship program for high hazard industries progressing after being in place now for several years.

Join us for this outstanding program to help your organization further improve safety performance and compliance, and also to communicate to our regulatory partners who need our help to best shape safety programs and regulations at the state level. Our program is no charge to 2025 NWCCC members, and only $349 for non-members.  Breakfast and lunch are included, as will be ample time to network with our guests and your fellow construction peers.
